Very nice shot. I catch myself using that tilt technique a lot too. I love the texture in the picture and where the house begins and ends with the concrete on the left side. Sky is very nice too, no amateur whiteouts. Other than that I feel its tilted only a bit too much..just a bit, maybe down to the left by no more than 5-10 Degrees. The yellow thing is a bit distracting only in conjunction with the blue thing above it.. I get rid of on and i think the image would be fine. (perhaps just desaturated that blue thing?) I scored as follows:

Originality3.5: I only deducted points because tilted dark/gray-shots have been taken before. I too have done shots similar to this in the past.
